As part of its growth, Simpleter is expanding its team and opening a new position for a Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist.

A role at the heart of our growth
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and generating sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Conduct cold calling campaigns targeting executives and decision-makers
- Understand companies’ needs and identify opportunities
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
- Help maintain and update the CRM
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts across various channels

The Profile We Are Looking For
Above all, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual.
Ideally, you have:
- Initial experience in B2B sales prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
- A strong passion for challenges and business development
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems
- A genuine desire to learn and grow in a stimulating environment
Experience in the software industry, software solutions, or service companies is particularly desirable.
